Residential Inspections

Commercial Inspections

Seller’s Pre-Listing Inspection

Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.

Phased Inspections (Construction in Progress)

The building of a home is critical at every step. We work with you by providing on-site inspections at the most opportune times to evaluate and report on the installation practices for the major systems being installed. The phases include phase 1- pre foundation, phase 2- pre-insulation, phase 3- final.

11 Month Builder Warranty Inspection

Most new home builders include a one-year warranty with the purchase of their houses. A homeowner may want to have a professional inspection done on their home before the builder’s warranty expires. The homeowner can then pass the report on to their builder’s warranty department for adjustments, repairs or replacements of home components.

Elite Inspection Company is locally owned and operated and relied upon by numerous clients and Realtors. Our attention to detail makes your inspection experience Elite. Clayton Logsdon, Certified Professional Inspector, is a native Texan and has been a resident of the Brazos Valley since 2009. Clayton met his wife Caitlin, Aggie Class of 2013 and local Realtor, in 2010 while living in Aggieland. The Brazos Valley is very near to their hearts as they met, married, bought a home and started a family in College Station. The Logsdons have two young children which keep them very busy. In their spare time you can find them enjoying their family time, raising their boys, hunting, fishing and occasionally traveling. Clayton considers his ability to work hard and attention to detail a great quality to have while enjoying his career as a Certified Professional Inspector.
